2009 first flight week

sunday - 8/23 - crumley park

• we are serving up hot dogs hot off the grill!  from 7 to 10 pm there will be mixing, mingling, the smells of summer being dished out, and an outdoor movie with popcorn.  come and make some new friends at crumley park, in front of maple and behind crumley hall.

monday - 8/24 - taco and game night

• come and enjoy some tasty  tacos at the BSM building complete with a full night of games to follow.  come meet some new friends and get some free food.  we will start at 7 pm at the BSM building across from the union.

tuesday - 8/25 - dodgeball and root beer floats

• we are not watching the movie, we are playing the game.  we will meet at 7 pm at the BSM building across from the union and from there head to a gym where the games will commence.  if you are not that competitive, come along and make some new friends as you watch and cheer.  afterwards, we will cool off with root beer floats.

wednesday - 8/26 - open mic night

• come to the BSM and show us what you love to do.  sing, speak, play an instrument, laugh, dance, draw, or act.  a variety of coffees, teas, and baked goods will be available all night to keep you energized and satisfied.  sign-ups start at 6:30 pm on a first come first serve basis.  the show starts at 7 pm.

thursday - 8/21 - CRAVE

• Come to the BSM and worship with fellow UNT students and make some new friends during our first weekly night meeting. We will kick off the semester learning how we can impact the UNT community for Jesus Christ. Afterward, there will be a fellowship and you can learn how else you can get involved. We meet every Thursday during the semester.

friday - 8/22 - church dinner tour

• want a free meal while learning about local churches in denton?  meet us at  6 pm at the BSM (across the street from the union), and at 6:15 we will leave to tour local churches, getting a taste of each one as we caravan around denton.
